Free Health Screening and Voluntary Blood Donation Along Uhuru Torch Route

• MWANZA: MWANZA Region is set to launch 51 development projects worth more than 101.9bn/- when this year’s Uhuru Torch begins its tour of the region in Ukerewe District today.
• He also urged wananchi to take advantage of social services that will be offered along the route, including free health screening and voluntary blood donation.
• He said the Torch will visit projects in sectors such as health, education, water supply, roads, electricity and other public services.
