Financing Arrangements for Construction of 10,000 Housing Units in Zanzibar

• He said diversifying financing sources would help Zanzibar secure funding that is aligned with its development priorities and reduce pressure associated with traditional borrowing arrangements.
• He added that financing mechanisms are also being explored to enable the Zanzibar Housing Corporation (ZHC) to scale up implementation of housing projects.
