TLDR

  • FVS has already influenced disciplinary decisions involving players from teams such as Simba SC, Pamba Jiji, and Azam FC.
  • Former Taifa Stars player Steven Nemes emphasized that players must adapt to the FVS system and maintain discipline, as misconduct can now be reviewed post-incident.
  • Nemes praised the Tanzania Football Federation and the Tanzania Premier League Board for implementing FVS, stating it could reduce disputes over refereeing decisions.
  • He cautioned that while FVS is beneficial, it should complement rather than replace the referee's judgment.
