- DAR ES SALAAM: CHAMA Cha Mapinduzi Women’s Wing (UWT) has hailed the sixth phase government for constructing a modern 1.7bn/- medical oxygen plant at Mafinga Town Hospital in Iringa Region, describing it as a major.
- The remark was made during a visit by the women’s wing leaders to the hospital to inspect the implementation of government-funded development projects aimed at improving healthcare delivery.
- Speaking during the visit, Special Seats Member of Parliament Lucy Mwakyembe, who represented UWT Chair – person Mary Chatanda, said the government under President Samia Suluhu Hassan has continued to invest heavily in.
- The UWT delegation also expressed satisfaction with the progress of other development projects being implemented at the hospital, saying they reflect the government’s continued commitment to improving public health.
