• Wild animals may not understand the boundaries drawn by humans, but humans have the knowledge, technology and responsibility to create solutions that allow both people and wildlife to coexist.
• When these natural routes are blocked by expanding settlements, agriculture, livestock activities and infrastructure projects, interactions between people and wildlife become more frequent.
• Unlike humans, who use maps, signs and legal boundaries to define national parks, game reserves and community land, wildlife does not recognise these artificial divisions.
• Authorities responsible for wildlife management have continued to implement measures aimed at reducing human-wildlife conflict, including improving community awareness, strengthening response systems and promoting.
