Overview
Nasal congestion is common with colds, allergy, or sinusitis. Fluids, humid air, and rest help. Long one-sided blockage or blood deserves evaluation.

See a clinic if congestion lasts more than 2 weeks, or you have high fever, facial pain, or blood.
