Mhe. Senyamule amesema amefurahishwa na namna dhana ya ushirika inavyoendelea kuwa chombo muhimu cha kuwaunganisha wakulima, kuongeza nguvu yao ya kiuchumi na kuwezesha mnyororo wa thamani wa mazao ya kilimo.
Hon. Senyamule emphasized that productive and well-managed cooperatives are an important tool for strengthening farmers’ economies, as they enable them to use collective strength to address challenges related to production, access to inputs and markets.
Amesema umuhimu wa kuimarisha vyama vya ushirika vya wakulima, akieleza kuwa vina nafasi muhimu katika kuwaunganisha wakulima na masoko, kuongeza nguvu yao ya pamoja katika majadiliano ya bei na kuwawezesha kupata faida zaidi kutokana na mazao yao.
The Regional Commissioner also stressed the importance of strengthening farmers’ cooperatives, saying they play a vital role in connecting farmers with markets, increasing their collective bargaining power in price negotiations and enabling them to earn better returns from their produce.
