At CRDB Bank's 31st AGM in Arusha, shareholders approved a dividend of Sh90 per share for 2025, up from Sh5 in 2018, after the bank posted a record Sh206 billion Q1 2026 profit after tax and market capitalisation exceeding USD 2.8 billion.
