  • Gross profit for H1 2019 increased by 9.0% to TZS 86.324 billion (TZS 86,324 M) compared to TZS 79.178 billion in H1 2018.
  • Profit after tax for H1 2019 grew by 16.8% to TZS 26.698 billion (TZS 26,698 M) compared to TZS 22.864 billion in H1 2018.
  • Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) for H1 2019 was TZS 267 (H1 2018: TZS 229).
  • Cash generated from operations for H1 2019 totaled TZS 79.845 billion (TZS 79,845 M).
  • Directors resolved to declare an interim gross dividend of TZS 300 per share for H1 2019 (H1 2018: TZS 200 per share).
