With JNHPP's full 2,115 MW stacked on gas capacity, generation stops being the binding constraint and routine load-shedding ends. What does not get fixed by 2027 is the transmission network or a tariff structure that energy-intensive industry finds competitive.

Full operational integration of the Julius Nyerere Hydropower Plant and expanded natural gas supply will resolve core generation shortfalls. Routine load-shedding will end, although transmission grid upgrades and industrial tariffs will remain relatively costly.
